What time does Amp the Alley start?Amp the Alley starts at 6:30 pm on Thursdays.

How much does it costs to enter Amp the Alley?Amp the Alley is the longest running concert series in Aiken, SC - AND IT IS TOTALLY FREE. This is all thanks to the partnering businesses in Downtown Aiken who give back to their community.

Can I purchase alcohol?You are welcome to purchase alcohol from any of our partnering businesses in The Alley. Anyone of the legal age is welcome to enjoy beer (we recommend Bud Light and Mich Ultra) or wine in a plastic cup or aluminum cup. The only thing that the city asks is that no glass be carried in The Alley. Please dispose of your trash in the recepticles provided by the city up and down The Alley. ID is required for all alcohol purchases.

How long does Amp the Alley run every year?Amp the Alley is a 32 week concert series that runs from the spring through the fall.

What kind of seating is there?The stage is in the back Southwest corner of the courtyard behind the municipal building. There is ample room in the courtyard and in The Alley for bag chairs. We do kindly ask to consider your surroundings when you set up your chair. Be mindful of walkways, obvious traffic flows, and egresses. The Alley is host to a variety of people including the elderly, people in wheelchairs, and parents with strollers. This event is about community, so be courteous to all those who have come to enjoy the same amazing FREE MUSIC that you have.
